What is parking like at the conference?

The conference venue has plenty of parking, however, parking is not included in your conference fees.  The venue is also close to the Skytrain and other public transit.

What are the accommodation arrangements?

What meals will be served at the conference?

Conference Day 1 includes a full buffet breakfast and a full buffet lunch. Tea, coffee and water will also be available throughout the day.

Conference Day 2 includes a full buffet breakfast and a light buffet lunch.  Tea, coffee and water will be available throughout the day.

How do I let you know about my special dietary requirements?

Dietary restrictions and requirements can be specified on your registration form.

When does registration open?

Early bird registration opens September 1, 2023.

Regular registration opens October 1, 2023.
