Refund & Cancellation Policy

There will be a $50 cancellation fee until the end of the Early Bird deadline. After that, there will be a $100 charge for cancellation up to one month prior to the conference (all fees incl. taxes). No refunds will be made for cancellation after January 1, 2024. If you are unable to attend the conference you may send a colleague in your place. Transfer requests can only be made before January 25, 2024. Please email info.eyc@ubc.ca to cancel or transfer a registration.
